  • Ankita Sharma’s father is a Congress member. 
  • Ankita was recently in news for her verbal confrontation with a Congress MLA. The rogue Congress MLA Shakuntala threatened her to show her aukat. The reply of Ankita, where she said that the MLA is free to call anyone, had gone viral. 
  • On 26th January, 2020, Ankita had led the parade for Republic Day in Raipur. She had become the first woman from Chhattisgarh to do so. 
  • Ankita is also quite popular on social media platforms. Her mesmerizing beauty is also one of the reasons behind lakhs of followers she has on social media.   
  • She was facilitated with Indra Bhushan Award by the DGP, Chhatisgarh in February, 2021. She was awarded for breaking the nexus of drugs in Raipur.
