Born and brought up in a humble family in Jodhpur, Rajendra has reached the culmination point of his career while being the DM of Bhilwada. He is credited to have done wonder in controlling the COVID-19 outbreak in the district. A quick rise in the cases made Bhilwara an area of concern. However, the quick and proactive steps taken by Rajendra Bhatt along with Tina Dabi (SDM) changed the scenario within two weeks.

Now, Bhilwara model is being talked about as an effective way to check the spread of Covid – 19 pandemic.
