Swetha Reddy had started her career with IPS as the ASP of CB – CID in Andhra Pradesh. And, it was quite interesting that her first case was to investigate Amway, the multibillion MNC involved in direct selling business. She had made Amway to change the way they were working and thereby had helped hundreds of Amway Business Partners in India.

After working few years with Andhra Pradesh Government, she had gotten her cadre transferred to Telangana. She has been made the SP of Kamareddy district.
