Manmeet Kaur is a
Pakistani journalist and human rights activist. She is known for her steel
mindset and working against all odds. The UK based SIKH GROUP has selected her among the coveted list of 100 influential Sikhs under 30 years of age.

Manmeet was born and
brought up in Peshawar. She has seen the hate and discrimination that
minorities have to bear in Pakistan. She has experience the worst kind of
racial discrimination and bullying. These stuffs have only made her resolve
strong. Just after completing graduation, she started to write on the issue of minorities’
rights in Pakistan and for women’s empowerment.
The new generation of
Pakistan is quite sympathetic to the cause of minorities. They have supported
the endeavor of Manmeet.
