Biography/Wiki
Anupam Mishra was born
and brought up in Sultanpur, UP. It is said that the character and determination
of an officer is on display during a crisis. When many IAS officers are doing
wonders in these times of CoVid pandemic, Anupam has turned out to be a
villain.
He had returned from
Singapore on March, 19th. He was told by the DC to stay at home –
quarantined – for 14 days. However, he left his residence for Bengaluru and
from there for Kanpur. What he did is nothing short of a crime.
Case has been filed
against him. More importantly, he should be severely punished so that the
administration can put a rationale example before others. There is no doubt
that he has risked the lives of many innocent people.
His suspension was revoked when he had tendered an apology to the Chief Minister Office. Hopefully, he has learned his lessons and will now try his best to align with the prevailing rules and regulations.
