 Nidhi Razdan is an Indian journalist and Associate Professor of Journalism at Harvard University. She had resigned from NDTV to join Harvard in June, 2020.

Born and brought up in New Delhi in Kashmiri Pandit family, Nidhi had always shown soft corner for Leftist ideology. As the Executive Editor of NDTV, she was leading NDTV 24 X 7, the English news channel of NDTV Group. Her news show Left, Right and Center has been quite popular among policymakers and serious news watchers.

Husband of Nidhi Razdan

Nidhi Razdan had married Neelesh Misra in 2005. They were classmate in the Indian Institute of Mass Communication, Delhi. Neelesh is known for being RJ and running a media house which caters to the Indian villages. Unfortunately, they couldn’t keep the love intact and decided to get divorced two years later, in 2007. 


 

Nidhi is also rumored to be in relationship with Omar Abdullah. However, there have never been any words from either of two about being in relationship. Omar is not legally divorced, but also not living with his wife Payal. Right Wingers on Twitter keeps on making comments about them, without an iota of proof.

  • She has won many awards and accolades, including the prestigious Ramnath Goenka Award for her excellent reporting on Jammu and Kashmir.
  • Nidhi Razdan had once reprimanded Sambit Patra and didn’t allow him to speak at her show when Sambit had attacked her style of journalism. As a matter of fact, the firebrand Sambit never joined any debate show on NDTV after this incident. 
  • Nidhi has clearly says that she intends to return to the news room again.
