Shubhra Saxena is a 2009 batch IAS officer of UP cadre. She was the topper of UPSC Civil Services Examination, 2009 batch. Apart from being an administrator, she is also a motivator for Civil Services aspirants. 



Biography/Wiki
Shubhra Saxena was recently appointed as the DM of Pilibhit. She is known as an upright and crudely honest officer. She has been DM of various districts of UP, including Sharavasti, Amroha, Shahjahanpur, Bulandshahr, Hardoi and Raibareli. 

Before becoming an IAS, Shubhra was working with an MNC as a software engineer. She had left the lucrative job with big fat salary to follow her dream of being in the corridor of power and making a direct impact in the lives of down trodden section of society.

  • Shubhra had also programmed a Sakshi Samman Software for Indian judiciary while working as an IAS.
